I just installed this on my 6th gen ipod nano. It was an easy install and it works great. The only issue is, I don't think the screen is as high quality as the original (though I could be wrong).
Either way, even the original was not meant to be "high quality". It's an mp3 player. So I would definitely recommend this to people who are technically adept and don't want to buy a new ipod because their screen cracked.

Final thought: Make SURE you get BOTH the digitizer AND the screen together. If you just buy a replacement screen it will be completely useless. The digitizer is the glass touch plate that you touch to control the ipod. That's the part that cracks if you drop it.
